Administration amanger that has arisen within the Institute of Accountants in
Zimbabwe.
Description
Accountabilities:
Within delegated authority, the
Finance and Administration Manager who report to the Chief Executive Officer,
will be responsible for the following:
- Provides timely and appropriate financial information to management as required and advises management on general matters of finance, costs and cash flows.
- Organisation external and internal audits.
- Preparation of financial budgets.
- Manages the cash flow of the institute
- Ensures timely and accurate production of financial and management accounts.
- Provides accounting and administrative support.
Competencies Required:

Ability to respond quickly to
requests.
·
Ability to handle large volumes of
work and meet strict deadlines.
·
Ability to provide guidance and
where required supervision to support staff.
Requirements
Qualifications
- An accounting technician with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA. MBA is an added advantage.
- Applicants who have served articles or these with Articled Accountant Zimbabwe (AAZ)qualification will be considered.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in a similar position, knowledge of Pastel Accounting package a pre-requisite.
