The Job

• 
  Monitor quality and to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rate to determine trends and areas of improvement
• Ensure Sales targets are met, follow up on customers, enhance satisfaction and enlarge the customer base.
• Manage budgets in terms of Labor, material, maintenance/repairs.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience

Candidates must have at least 10 years' experience in a Manufacturing
environment

• The successful candidate is required to have completed a tertiary Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing/Plastic and a Marketing related degree will be an added advantage.
