Requirements:

• While you may code in C# at the office you are probably going to be working on some open source projects in your spare time (ideally Ruby on Rails)
• Understanding of NoSQL data bases (MongoDB, Cassandra etc)
•  C#, ASP.NET MVC web development
• Hardcore JavaScript skills
• Experience working with multiple programming languages (Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, Scala etc)
