SYNOPSIS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric
• A relevant 3 year Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or Data Integration & Analytics

KEY PERFORMACE AREAS:

• Build a team of data integration specialist
• Assist in acquiring system integration capabilities from external vendors
• Develop customer data integration and analytics in order to derive a bottom up Net Promoter Score

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• 7 years relevant experience
• 2 years management experience in data integration and analytics
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) bottom up preferably in a telecommunication environment, financial services or other consumer-facing industry.
