CAREER OPPORTUNITY
REPORTING TO: DIRECTOR
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain awareness of competitors’ products and performance
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues by communicating with other team members as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain awareness of competitors’ products and performance
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues by communicating with other team members as necessary.
• Answer all inquiries from customers
and respond to customer requests, converting inquiries into opportunities and
additional sales.
• Provide customers with product and service information, and generate quotations as required.
• Ensure that all confirmed orders are registered with immediate supervisor for prompt delivery of material
• Ensure that products appear with the right distributors, at the appropriate time and in correct quantities
• Work closely with customers to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
Personality requirements for all positions above:
The successful candidate will have;
• A Diploma/ University degree in Marketing, Business Management/ Business Administration;
• 2 – 3 Years progressive experience in tyre industry, direct selling sales & marketing experience
• High degree of self-awareness
• Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Provide customers with product and service information, and generate quotations as required.
