Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in finance,
administration, and/or a related field required.
•At least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in administration or grants management.

•Proven experience in project administration,
including finance, filing, budgeting, and documentation review and development.
•Experience in assessing organizational capacity and conducting training preferred.
•Experience with a USAID-funded project preferred.

•Excellent communication skills and ability to work on teams.
•Proficiency in written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda required
