Contract Period:Annually Renewable Contract

Duty station: Siakago in DoM Office
Key Responsibilities
- Compile high quality narrative and financial reports and submit these to the relevant partners on a monthly basis and as per Donor reporting schedules.
- Provide technical support to a team of field facilitators,
- Develop meaningful linkage with partners and collaborators
- Prepare tools for monitoring and evaluation and use them for monitoring and evaluating the project,
Qualifications
- The person should have a B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture Education and Extension Agriculture, Animal Production, Horticulture, Agriculture Economics or related to Agri-business from a reputable university. Climate change adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction skills are very essential,
- Must have excellent report writing, communication and resources mobilization skills
- Committed Christian demonstrating outstanding leadership and management skills.
- Experience in managing donor funded projects, working in ASAL areas is an added opportunity.
- Experiences in Climate Adaptation Initiative will be definite advantage
