Introduction : We are looking for a proactive, energetic and experienced franchise operations manager to oversee and control franchisew standards in our group of nationally located restaurants. The successful candidate must ensure that franchisees operate their restaurants in compliance with franchisor standards and that all systems, processess, policies and tools are utilised by franchisees to asssist them in achieving sales and profit targets, operational excellence and superior customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in similar postion and environment and have been exposed to both front and back of house. The ideal candidate must have strong communications skills, be able to work indepently and be able to influence and lead others by example.
