Planning/Reproductive Health /Maternal Neonatal Health Advisor
Abt Associates, a leading government research, technical assistance, and
consulting firm seeks candidates for the upcoming USAID funded Systems for
Health Project in Ghana.
This five year cooperative agreement will improve access and quality of family
planning, maternal newborn and child health, nutrition and malaria prevention
and treatment in Greater Accra, Western, Central, Northern and Volta regions
through improving management and systems performance.
Job Description
The FP/RH/MNH Advisor directs the
technical work of the team in improving and expanding the quality and access to
primary health, reproductive health, family planning, and essential
obstetric/perinatal care services.
Required Skills or Experience
S/he must have a Medical or clinical
health Degree preferably with specialized education in obstetrics, gynecology,
or maternal health, and at least 8 years of professional experience focused on
maternal and perinatal health.
