      Requirements:

• Ability to promote community program within the facility
•  Grade 12
• understanding of IsiZulu language will be an advantage)
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with people from different backgrounds
• Ability to record and file information
•  
• At least 2 years working in an HIV/AIDS  facility
• Understanding of ART and adherence, as well as support for PMTCT programs
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Well developed social and team interpersonal skills, particularly in a clinical environment
